The facilities were sparkling clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved our private balcony.
The water in the tub and shower could have been hotter.
We liked everything-particularly the friendly staff!
Was difficult to find the hotel.
We have been fascinated by this hotel. It was perfect for our easter trip: quiet, lovely, in our room it has smelled good, everything was how we have expected.
This hotel is a jewel. The rooms are elegant and comfortable (ours was also very spacious altough we were fortunate to get an upgrade). The service is impeccable. It is located in a residential district and is very quiet.
For touring the city sites, it is a little far and inconvenient. The breakfast is fine but a little uninspired and monotonous if you stay here for a while as we did.
I have been going to this hotel since the opening, and have always found it very comfortable, welcoming, luxurious, detail oriented. A small staff that always tries to please. A feeling of being at home. If you want to be in the Parioli neighborhood, there is no better choice
Lovely small hotel for romantic stays.
Far away from city centre and main attractions in Rome.
The hotel was beautiful. The concierges were extremely helpful. The location was close enough to museums and restaurants within walking distance (10 mins. To Villa Borghese and 22 or so to Barberini, near the Hard Rock Cafe.) The sights made the walks enjoyable. Hotel Villa Muse made our last 4 days in Roma special. We would stay there again.
Quiet,leafy location,close to transport connections
Everything was fine
This is an efficient, welcoming, stylish hotel. If only all hotels could be like this!
The staff is so helpful and it is the most central you could be!
Amazingly modern yet artistic hotel. Very comfortable room with a delightful breakfast. Splash out and book the 'Room Attico'. Superb!!
Great staff, and very comfortable. A little way out of the city, but very close to a bus stop.
A little further from the city centre than I would have liked, but we knew this at the time of booking.
The staff and setting were both superb. In fact, the staff were a complete delight; friendly, informed and very helpful. THe room was great too; immensely comfy bed and lovely furnishings. The buildign wsa also beautiful and while it was a little out of town, this lent to its exclusivity.
Nothing really, though it is a bus / tram / taxi ride from the centre of town.
The hotel staff were really helpful and could not to more to accomodate us, from ringing taxis to booking table reservations. The room was very comfortable with bed linnen and bath towels very good quality. Room was cleaned and tidied on a daily basis-sometimes twice! It was very quiet which was great to come back to after a busy day on the streets of Rome.Blackout blinds meant you slept quite late! All in all agreat hotel to stay at and it did add value to our trip.
Thye hotel was a little further out but if you dont mind catching a bus or tram you can get around very easily. We also did the occasional taxi for a treat. The breakfat was very varied but not really our thing- lots of cakes and pastries-, would have been good to have egg option at no additional cost. Minor things really.
The staff was so helpful and even welcomed us with a bottle of champagne when we arrived as it was our 30th wedding anniversary. The red Junior Suite was very nice with a comfortable bed and marble en-suite with access to a roof garden. I would stay there again.
Some would say this is a little way from the centre of Rome but we preferred it this way. It was peaceful with some local shops nearby. Once we knew the bus and tram routes we had no problem getting about. In fact we probably saw more of the city than staying in a hotel in the middle of Rome.
